Ok, some of us aren’t looking forward to Fall with Winter being the end point. However, there are some that look to relief in the skies. Maybe not true Fall weather, but the hopes of temps tumbling out of the 90’s would be nice.
Cute shorts, bright and kick-ass booties, along with a athleisure bomber jacket and the line starts to blur which is about to be crossed into Autumn…or some sense of it. The choice of a bright orange-red with a background bass of black, keeps it light but hopeful. The fun and funky accessories keep it interesting.

I adore this belted denim shirtdress by Michael Kors. With some interesting and neutral accessories, you can wear this a myriad of ways by mixing up pieces like those below. Here are a few ideas.
I kept the palette clean to interchange, but you can easily add any colors and styles you prefer.
Look 1: Wear the shirtdress by itself. Add the bag, sandals, a necklace, roll up the sleeves and add the bangles.
Look 2: Wear the shirtdress as a duster. Dress in a top and the skirt, add accessories. Top off the look with the unbuttoned shirtdress, and enjoy the flow of the duster jacket.
Look 3: Wear a tank and jeans, put on shirtdress and only button 2 buttons at the waist. Wrap the belt around the shirtdress, blouse it out, pop the collar, roll the sleeves up and add accessories.
Look 4: Wear the top and shorts, put on the shirtdress. Button up a few buttons from the waist up, then take the front shirt tails and tie in front (over hips). Leave the back fall. Accessorize. I would love this look with a pair of low Converse.
Change this up with your favorite accessories, this is just a guideline. Have at it!

When you want to look cute and cool, chambray and white will always do the trick. The off-the-shoulder top is a top trend, worn with the pleated high-waisted striped short trimmed in lace is a perfect pairing for Boho chic. Accessories are key and these finish it off right. Add a pink and yellow floral crown or a floppy hat and you’re Coachella ready. Don’t forget the sunblock!

These Casadei heels have my name all over them. Black base, black and white combo, Greek key design, hints of fuchsia and red, and a tassel on the back for an extra hit of BOOMSHAKALAKA!
“Sittin’ down shoes”? Maybe. OR struttin’ round town shoes. Whatever works for you 😉

How extraordinary are these winged Sophia Webster heels?! Of course they needed an outfit to wear them with…so you could leave the house 😉 This winter white and black heavy lace dress is a perfect match. It is cute, fresh, and super stylish. So easy to successfully accessorize. Play. Have fun! Look incredible.

Do The Hustle! I couldn’t resist these jeans and had to build a look around them. Those ARE heart cutouts and wide legs, so of course it lent itself to a 70’s vibe. I adore the red platform sandal with the studwork up the heel. Bring in some hoops and off-the-shoulder smolder, red lips, and you’re ready for Valentine’s weekend.
You don’t need a Valentine to celebrate. You love yourself, so go treat yo self! Candy, mani, massage, amazing food, clothes, jewels. Whatever is special to you! It should be a bright and cheery day, you make sure it is..for YOU!
Lots of LOVE! XO, Avery

If I was told I had to choose one winter dress outfit to wear for the rest of my life, it would be this. Designed by Galliano years back when he worked for Dior, this look encapsulates everything I love. Dramatic and elegantly fierce. Powerful, but sensual. Ladylike, yet over-the-top.
I adored the collections Galliano designed while working for Dior. Decadent.

Go Red for Women and National Wear RED Day is fast approaching. Please wear red on Friday, February 5th, 2016 in support of women’s heart health awareness. The numbers are staggering as to how many women die from heart attacks or strokes everyday. Go to http://goredforwomen.org and learn what the signs are, they are very different from the signs for men. Please do it for yourself, your mom, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, friend. Also, http://heart.org for the American Heart Association. You need to know!
Yes, this is personal. I lost my dad to Congestive Heart Failure, my mom has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, and I was born with a Heart Murmur. It is a very personal cause.
Have a heart, save a life.
Love, Avery
This ensemble will command attention. A true Boss Lady look whether you’re at the office or elsewhere. You could stick with a winter white and black theme with your accessories, but that’s easy. This demands attention, attention to detail. Find a complimentary color and go with it! Beware, some bright colors may cheapen it. Think rich.
Strong, but feminine. Screaming money. Pulled together. Highly wearable…unless you have a toddler on your hip eating chocolate. Head-to-toe love.
Add good posture and smile, and you’re set to kick ass and take names.
